Broadway is an ideal base from which to tour the Cotswolds and the village offers a good selection of specialist shops, galleries, restaurants and bars as well as a butchers, greengrocers, deli and bakers for everyday shopping needs. The larger towns of Stratford upon Avon and Cheltenham are each around 20 minutes drive away and with Broadway located in the centre of England, it is the perfect place to explore the whole of the UK.

Comprises an Entrance Hall with a large oak door which opens out onto Broadway's world famous High Street, a Sitting Room with an original Stone Fire place, bread oven and a wood burning stove to keep you lovely and warm during those winter months ! There is also a Flatscreen TV, Digital Freeview, DVD and Video Player and also a music system, in fact everything you need !

The luxurious and tastefully decorated Dining Room is set for six people to enjoy each others company over dinner and this leads into the Kitchen and Breakfast Room which is beautifully appointed with an AGA Cooker, Miele Washer/Dryer, Miele Dishwasher and of course a Fridge, Microwave and a PURE Digital radio.

The Breakfast Room has a solid oak table and chairs with French Doors opening out onto the south facing Patio - absolutely stunning !

The property has three great sized bedrooms each housing large double bedsand all have modern digital radio's. It also has two luxuriously appointed bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a modern, large bath on an oak pedestal - absolutely perfect for soaking in after a day's exploration of the Cotswolds !

Finally, all the rooms in the house have the original, 350 year old exposed Oak and English Elm beams which have been lovingly restored by hand and some even have the original 'carpenters markings' on from when the cottage was built ! No wonder this cottage is classed as 'of specific national interest' to the nation.

A beautifull south-facing walled garden with sculptured 350 year old Yew Trees which are absolutely magnificent ! Sit on the delightful Patio and have a BAR-B-Q whilst enjoying each the clean, fresh Cotswold air !

The Cottage sleeps a total of six people with all bed linen and towels provided. All heating, lighting, bills etc.. will be covered during the period of your stay(s) and an initial supply of coal and logs will be supplied for you to get the wood-burning stove going !

There is parking at the property for a total of three cars.

No smoking inside the property please and it is also not suitable for any pets - sorry !
